Payments are taken with paypal, if you do not have a paypal account and don’t wish to set one up you may send a cheque for the amount of the deposit and your reservation will be confirmed when we receive it - please contact us to reserve the dates in the meantime:

Bookings must be cancelled at least seven days prior to arrival date.

For cancellations made within seven days of arrival the deposit will not be refundable.

Sunday – Weds: Your room will be available from 3pm

Thursday – Saturday: Your room will be available from 5pm (If you’d like to check-in earlier just give us a call or email and we’ll hopefully be able to accomodate your request).

Please  let us know if you plan to arrive after 9pm

Sunday – Weds: Check out time is 12 o’clock

Thursday – Saturday: Check out time is 11.30am (as with check-in times, if you’d like to check-out later then just give us a call or an email and we’ll hopefully be able to give you more time to relax in your room).

Damages 

Please take care when staying with us, you are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the accommodation or its contents.

Please report these as soon as they occur.

We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we might charge for significant ones.

Hutton House is a NO SMOKING house.
